On Friday morning Greenwich Police responded to Bruce Park Extension on a report of construction workers creating a hazardous condition in the roadway.
Upon arrival police say they learned that one of the workers, Marcus Deloatch, 55, of South Water Street in Greenwich had an active warrant for his arrest for Violation of Probation. He was arrested and transported to Greenwich Police headquarters where he was charged with Violation of Probation.
His bond was set at $50,000. He was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on August 9, 2019.
