Joseph R Fregosi, 59, of 82 Anton Drive in Carmel, NY was arrested by warrant by Greenwich Police on Friday May 12 for an incident stemming back to April 3, 2017 at 3:00pm.
Mr. Regosi was charged with Unsafe Backing and Evading Responsibility. He was able to post his court set bond of $500 and was released with a date scheduled in Stamford Superior court on May 26, 2017.
