Greenwich Police arrest a Brooklyn, NY man was extradited by felony warrant from Rikers Island on Friday stemming from a Financial Crimes Investigation initiated in November 2021.
The incident took place in the area of Greenwich Ave and East Elm St.
The arrestee, George Richardson, now 44, was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Larceny 2, Conspiracy to Commit Larceny 3 (2 counts), Identity Theft 1 (2 counts), Conspiracy to Commit Identity Theft 1 (2 counts) and Illegal Traffic in Personal ID Info, Conspiracy to Commit/Criminal Impersonation (2 counts) and Conspiracy to Commit Forgery 2.
His bond was set at $150,000, which he was unable to post.
Mr. Richardson has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Feb 28, 2025.
