Greenwich Police arrested a New Canaan man by warrant Monday.
Jason W Wolter, 43, of Marshall Ridge Rd failed to show up in court for a 1993 motor vehicle charge.
Wolter surrendered to police at about 5:00pm.
Wolter was charged with Failure to Appear 2 and was released on $500 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on March 25.
