Greenwich Police arrested a Florida man on Thursday afternoon after responding to the area of 20 East Elm Street on a report of disorderly conduct.
Police said that upon investigation, officers were able to determine that Robert Steven Adelman, 75, of Boynton Beach, FL, had intended to cause annoyance and alarm to the victim by kicking her front passenger side door.
He was charged with Disorderly Conduct and released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on April 25, 2024.
