Joaquin Donis of 34 Warren Street in Stamford was arrested in Greenwich on Wednesday and charged with Failure to Appear after a motor vehicle stop at about 6:00pm on Round Hill Road.
According to Greenwich Police Donis had been stopped in the vicinity of 350 Round Hill Rd after being clocked at 52 miles per hour in a zone marked 30 miles per hour.
A Dept of Motor Vehicles query revealed an active arrest warrant for Donis for failure to appear in Stamford Superior Court on April 6 for a charge of Disorderly Conduct.
Donis posted $500 bond and was assigned a court date of May 6, 2015 in Stamford Superior Court.
