A Greenwich man, Joseph M Gavin, 74, of Capalbo Place in Greenwich was arrested by warrant around 9:00pm and charged with Failure to Appear in Court after police stopped him for a motor vehicle violation during their routine patrol in Old Greenwich.
Gavin was previously arrested after a car crash on Sound Beach Ave on March 27, 2018Â had been driving with a Suspended License for a previous DUI and was also charged with Failure to Drive in Proper Lane.
Unable to post bond of $10,000, Mr. Gavin has a court date of Nov 18, 2019 in Stamford Superior Court.
