Around 9:15pm on Tuesday, March 27, Greenwich Police responded to the scene of a car accident in the area of Sound Beach Avenue and Harding Road in Old Greenwich.
Investigation determined that Joseph M Gavin, 72, of Capalbo Place in Greenwich had been driving with a suspended license.
He was charged with driving with a Suspended License for previous DUI and Failure to Drive in Proper Lane.
Gavin was released on a Promise to Appear in Stamford Superior Court on April 12, 2018.
