On June 20 at about 12:30am Greenwich Police officers spotted a vehicle driving erratically on Arch St by the I95 overpass.
Police stopped the car and investigation revealed the driver, identified as John Maguire, 54, of Maplewood Drive in Greenwich was operating without a license and the vehicle’s New York registration was suspended and expired.
Field sobriety tests were given and it was determined the driver was determined the driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Maguire was charged with DWI, Operating without a License, Driving an Unregistered Vehicle and Failure to Maintain Lane.
He was released on a $100 bond and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on July 3, 2019.
