On Christmas eve, just after midnight, Greenwich Police responded to a report of a car crash on Hamilton Ave.
During the investigation, the driver, Jennifer Margo Cuker, 45, of 19 Clover Place in Cos Cob, had the odor of alcohol on her breath and person and was unable to perform standard field sobriety tests.
Cuker was charged with DUI and Following Too Close. She was unable to post $250 bond and was held in Police Custody. She has a court date of Jan. 6, 2015 in Stamford Superior Court.
