Around 12:45am on Thursday, Nov 29 Greenwich Police spotted a black Volvo traveling east on East Putnam Ave between Strickland Rd and Sinawoy, operating in a hazardous way.
The driver of the vehicle was later identified as Maria Bello, 45, of 8 Heusted Drive in Old Greenwich.
Police say Bello smelled of alcohol and was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
She was charged with DUI, Failure to Drive in Proper Lane and Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device.
She was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 13, 2018.
Her bond was set at $300 and she was released on a promise to appear in court.
