On the afternoon of Thursday Nov 11, Greenwich Police responded to the area of 41 Old Church Rd on a report of a car that had struck several mailboxes.
During the investigation, police determined that the driver, Bradley Winters, 61, of New York, NY was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
He was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard and was charged with Failure to Drive Upon Right and DUI. He has a date in Stamford Superior Court on No 20, 2021.
He was able to post the required 10% of his $250 bond and was released.
