On Oct 7 around 3:00am Greenwich Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle at Bruce Museum at Museum Drive.
Investigation revealed that the driver was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The driver, later identified as Jacob Matthews, 26, of Cherry Lane in Bethel, was unable to perform field sobriety tests to standard.
He was charged with DUI. His bond was set at $100 and he was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on Oct 22, 2018.
