Drug Factory Charge for Man Who Did Transactions on Social Media, Took Electronic Payments

On Feb 21 Greenwich Police responded to Pemberwick Park on a report of possible narcotic activity occurring in a Hyundai with New York plates. The Hyundai was parked legally and occupied by two people, later identified as Artem Golikov, 24, of Armonk, NY and Evan Lasseter, who admitted to police purchasing marijuana edibles from Golikov.

Police say that transaction was negotiated through a social media platform and paid for electronically.

Officers said they detected the odor of marijuana emanating from the interior of the car and located marijuana within.

A probable cause search of Golikov’s car yielded 16.6 grams of green leafy substance in a Ziploc Bag, 6.5 grams of a green leafy substance in a Ziploc bag, 441 grams of green leafy substance in a plastic bag labeled “Mimosa” in black writing

They also located four bags of “Chuckles” Cannabis Infused Peach Rings, a bag of “Chuckles” Cannabis Infused Mini Rainbow Belts, three bags of “Stoner Patch” Cannabis Infused Gummies, 20 bags of “Chuckles” Cannabis Infused Gummy Worms, 64 “Vape Master” THC Vape Cartridges in various flavors, 25 “Punch Bar” THC Chocolate Edibles, one CR Silver Digital Scale, one Rose Gold Apple iPhone 12 Pro and $350 in cash.

Golikov was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance/Cannabis, Possession of 1kg+ Cannabis, Sale of controlled Substance and Operating a Drug Factory.

Golikov’s bond was set at $10,000, which he was able to post. has a date in Stamford Superior Court on March 22.

Lasseter, 18, of Lincolndale, NY voluntearily provided officers with six “Cannabis Infused Punch Bars,” four red packaged “Punch Bar” THC edibles and two blue packaged “Punch Bar” THC edibles. Each punch bar edible weighs 22 grams with a combined weight of 66 grams.

He was charged with Possession and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on March 22, 2021. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
