Bradley Cordero Delaneau, 29, of 1557 Washington Blvd in Stamford was arrested on Oct 1 at about 5:00pm. Greenwich Police officers who were traveling on Arch Street approaching its intersection with Sound Drive, observed a vehicle directly in front of them fail to stop at the stop sign at Arch Street and Sound View Drive.
A motor vehicle stop was conducted and on scene investigation revealed that the driver, Mr. Delaneau was operating a motor vehicle under suspension for a DUI. Delaneau was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License due to DUI and Failure to Obey a Stop Sign. Delaneau was able to post a $250 bond and was assigned a court date of Oct. 15 at Stamford Superior Court.
