On Sunday around 9:30pm Greenwich Police stopped a car on West Putnam Ave with an expired registration.
The driver, identified as Javier Ramos, 26, of West Street in Stamford was driving with a suspended license and had an active arrest warrant out of Stamford.
He was charged with Driving Under Suspension and Failure to Appear in Court 2.
Ramos was unable to post court set bond of $7,500 or Greenwich Police bond of $100, and was assigned a date in Stamford Superior Court on April 8, 2019.
