Kim N Duff, 36, of 159 Tenth Ave in Queens NY was arrested by Greenwich Police on Dec. 19 and charged on a warrant for being a Fugitive from Justice.
During the course of an investigation of a confirmed larceny at CVS on West Putnam Ave, it was determined that one of the vehicle’s passengers, identified via her NY Benefits ID card as Kim Duff, had an active extraditable warrant out of New York City for felony charges for dangerous drugs.
Duff was processed at Greenwich Police headquarters. She was unable to post Bond of $50,000 and has a date in Stamford Superior Court on Dec. 26, 2014.
