Crash on Hillside Road by GHS Results in Minor Injuries

The motor vehicle crash on Hillside Rd Wednesday afternoon involved two vehicles.

According to Greenwich Police Captain John Slusarz, a passenger vehicle was traveling south and another passenger vehicle was traveling north as a third vehicle (a non-contact box truck) was turning left out of the Greenwich High School campus.

The box truck blocked the view from both operators as it turned out, but otherwise was not a contributing factor. As the box truck turned out, the northbound car turned into the driveway and was struck by the southbound car.

Slusarz said minor injuries were reported.
