The charge stems back to April 27, 2019 when Longo was accused of attempted burglary of a deli on Valley Rd in Cos Cob.

Greenwich Police say that an officer was at Stamford Superior Court when Longo appeared there on an unrelated case. The Greenwich officer was aware of an active warrant for Longo’s arrest.

Longo was placed under arrest and held at Stamford Superior Court. His bond was set at $10,000.

According to the Stamford Advocate Longo was arrested by warrant and charge for 8 burglaries in that city during April and May. He allegedly broke into Zody’s 19th Hole on Stillwater Rd in Stamford, and Murphy’s Townhouse Cafe three times at each location, and into Gorski Mason Contractors twice. Longo allegedly stole money from Zody’s in all three instances and took cash from Murphy’s during one of the break-ins. Longo was caught on video surveillance breaking into one of the locations.
