Maria Flores, 18, and Marta Maria Roquederocha, 58, both of 38 Gerry Street in Greenwich were given Misdemeanor Summonses for Disorderly Conduct on May 3. Flores was also charged with Assault 3rd degree.
At about 11:46am, Greenwich Police responded to the Gerry Street address in Chickahominy on the report of a domestic incident. The reporting party, Marta Roquederocha related that she and her daughter, Maria Flores, were in a physical argument. She related that Maria had left the residence and was possibly in the area of Greenwich Ave.
Maria was located at the intersection of Greenwich Ave and Havemeyer Pl. Officers on scene determined through investigation that a physical confrontation occurred between Maria Flores and Marta Roquederocha.
Both were assigned court dates of May 4 in Stamford Superior Court and released on Promise to Appear.
