Greenwich Police investigating a two-car crash that involved a vehicle backing into an oncoming vehicle on Dec. 12 at about 930am in the vicinity of Locust St, a one-way street, and Havemeyer Pl and Davis Ave, revealed that the driver, Keith Godfrey, 28 of 563 Roxbury Rd in Stamford, was operating under suspension for a past DUI.
Godfrey posted a $250 bond and was released with a Jan. 8, 2015 court date.
