Greenwich Police responded to 22 High St. in Byram on the report of an active physical domestic violence incident on March 16, at about 12:15am.
Upon arrival, officers determined that Cindy Constanza, 29, of that address got into a verbal altercation with an adult female member of the household within the residence which escalated into a violent altercation. Constanza was found to have physically grabbed the woman during the argument, causing her to sustain a minor laceration.
Constanza was placed under arrest and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief. She was given a misdemeanor summons and is scheduled to appear at Stamford Superior Court on March 18.
