Bronx Men Arrested after Crashing Stolen Car into House in Area of Belle Haven

On Friday, April 28, around 3:00am, Greenwich Police responded to a report of a grey sedan with several occupants speeding in the area of Field Point Rd in the area of Belle Haven.

Police say that after the car, which had been stolen out of New York, was traveling north when it failed to navigate the corner and crashed into a house at 350 Field Point Road.

The occupants of the car abandoned it and fled.

The suspects, who were tracked by a police K9, damaged a fence as they fled the scene.

Anthony Izaac Alicea, 21 of Bronx, NY, identified by his New York learners permit, was located near the crash by police after being tracked down by the K9. He later admitted to being a passenger in the crashed stolen vehicle.

Jahim N Hudson, 20, also of Bronx, NY was found hiding in a nearby property. He admitted to having been a passenger as well.

Police say Brandon D Pandiello, 19, of Bronx, NY, had been driving the stolen car when he failed to negotiate the curve on Field Point Road between Augustus Lane and Intervale Place.

The car continued onto the property and crashed into the house at 350 Field Point Rd.

Pandiello was located by the police K9 in the Greenwich Waste Treatment Plant, along with passenger Kyeon L McCune, 19, both of Bronx, NY.

Mr. Alicea, Mr. Hudson, Mr. McCune and Mr. Pandiello were all charged with Criminal Trespass 3, Criminal Mischief 1, Larceny 2, Conspiracy to Commit Larceny 2, Criminal Trover 1, and Interfering with an Officer/Resisting.

Mr. Pandiello, the driver, was also charged with Speeding, Evading Responsibility/Injury/Property Damage, Failure to Drive Upon Right, Driving without License.

Bond for each was set at $25,000, which none of them were able to post.

All arrestees are due in Stamford Superior Court on May 12, 2023.
