On Friday morning around 10:30am Greenwich Police responded to a report of a road rage incident in the area of East Putnam Ave, Sheephill and Lockwood Lane in Riverside in which one person had pushed another.
Police say Jonathan Waters Wilcox, 60, of River Rd in Cos Cob was driving a Chevy Equinox down East Putnam Ave when a pedestrian stepped out in front of him.
“They stopped an had some words, and it is alleged he pushed the victim, a man. Both Mr. Wilcox and the victim were there when we arrived,” Slusarz said.
Wilcox was charged with Breach of Peace 2 and released on a promise to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Dec 2, 2019.
