Greenwich Police responded to #55 The Avenue in Banksville on Easter Sunday, April 5, on a report of a physical altercation. In a case of domestic violence, investigation revealed that there was a verbal argument and the suspect, Maureen Nadal, 58, of 55 The Ave, slapped the victim in the face causing a minor injury.
Nadal was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct. Unanable to post the bond set at $1,000, the suspect was placed in in the Greenwich Police detention center. She has a court date of April 6, 2015 in Stamford Superior Court.
