On Saturday, April 4 at 10:00am, Greenwich Police were detailed to a North Water Street address in Byram based on the report of a walk-in complaint.
In a case of domestic violence, according to Greenwich Police, Johnebar Lopez, 25, of 26 North Water Street, had physically assaulted his girlfriend and dragged her out of the apartment by her hair. Lopez was placed under arrest and transported to Greenwich Police Headquarters where he was charged with Assault 3rd degree and Disorderly Conduct. Lopez was unable to post bond and subsequently placed into a Cell Block. He is scheduled to appear in Court on April 6, 2015 in Stamford Superior Court.
