On Feb 2 around 3:00am Greenwich Police responded to a residence in Cos Cob on a report of an altercation.
Investigation confirmed the altercation had taken place and the victim sustained an injury as a result. Also property was damaged as a result of the incident.
Joel Phillip Kuntz, 43, of Loughlin Ave was charged with Assault 3 and Disorderly Conduct.
His bond was set at $1,000 and he was assigned the next available court date, Feb 3, 2020 in Stamford Superior Court.
