At the last Selectmen meeting on May 28, DPW civil engineer Ian Brown requested a road closure on Glenville Road between Glen Ridge and Weaver Street for the overnight hours (9:00pm to 6:00am) between June 21 to June 25.

After a Scion, the subject of a BOLO, was spotted by a state trooper in an I95 rest area, the driver sped off with trooper in pursuit. The driver failed to turn on his lights and hit speeds of 100mph. The trooper ended the pursuit, but a warrant was issued. Continue Reading →
