‘Electrify Your Life’ Needs EVs and Scooters

A coalition of groups dedicated to sustainability, and are putting on an expo next month to showcase clean energy vehicles for Fairfield County residents, and they need help.

Specifically, they need EVs because many of our area dealers don’t have vehicles to show off.

“Electrify Your Life” is the brainchild of Greenwich’s Conservation Commission, which aims to give families a hands-on, electric taste of things they usually must burn fossil fuels to operate.

The same goes for electric scooters.

So if you have a late model EV car other than Hyundai, Nissan, Tesla Model, Kia or a unique e-scooter, we are asking if you would bring it to the event for exhibition.

Please contact organizer Aleksandra Moch of the Greenwich Town Conservation Commission at (203) 622-6461 or [email protected] for details on how to participate.

This will be a free and family-friendly expo, with live music, food trucks, ice cream, and kids’ activities. “Electrify Your Life” takes place, Saturday, June 18, from 1:00 to 3:00pm in the parking lot of the Cos Cob train station at 1 Cos Cob Ave., Greenwich.

Organized by the Town of Greenwich Conservation Commission, the EV Club of CT, Quiet Yards Greenwich, Pedal Greenwich, Live Green, Clean Cities and Wilton Go Green
