Next for the Wrecking Ball in Old Greenwich: 1909 Home on 1+ Acre Greenwich Cove Peninsula

Quatro Partners LLC has publicly noticed the demolition of a single family home at 5 Meadow Road.

Quatro Partners LLC is registered to Laurence K. Russian of 39 Keofferam Road.

The house was built in 1909.

The property, which has access to private Meadow Place neighborhood beach, is set on 1.07 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac on Greenwich Cove. The property features 617 ft of direct water frontage, a private dock, pool and views of Long Island Sound and Manhattan.

FAR allows for a 12,000+ sq ft home.

Because the home was built before 1940, a written letter of objection submitted to the Building Division of DPW will trigger an additional 45 day stay of demolition.

The home at 5 Meadow Place was last sold from James Anderson to Quatro Partners LLC on Aug 7, 2017 for $6,650,000

Further information concerning this pending application may be obtained by contacting the DPW-Division of Buildings at 203-622-7754.
