Next for the Wrecking Ball in Greenwich: Colonial Circa 1900

An application from JCM Services, Inc has been submitted to the Dept of Public Works Buildings division to demolish a home and detached garage at 77 Park Avenue in central Greenwich.

The single family home, located in the R20 single family zone, was built in 1900.

The property sold from Robert Wright Pyne and Lisa Emmons Pyne Co Trustees to Toni Mahr on Aug 7, 2019 for $1,950,000.

The wood frame house has 10 rooms 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths one half bath according to the Assessor’s office.

The start of the 45 day waiting period was Aug 30. The first date a permit is eligible for issuance is Oct 13, 2019.

Because the home was built before 1940, a written letter of objection submitted to the Building Division of DPW will trigger an additional 45 day stay of demolition.
