The 2022 real estate market is starting off very strong with many buyers waiting for homes to be listed for sale. Inventory is at an all-time low and there are way more buyers out there than there are homes to sell them. The market would be much busier right now if there were homes available to purchase. People have asked if this is a good time to list or if it’s better to wait until the spring. Years ago, the answer might have been, wait until the spring market but now the answer is don’t wait, list now. It’s always best to sell anything when there is less competition in that particular market, basic supply and demand. Right now, demand is high and supply is low.
