According to the Assessor’s office at Greenwich Town Hall the building at 301-309 Greenwich Avenue sold from 309 Greenwich Ave Associates LLC (registered to Joel C Adelman ) to Charter Greenwich, LLC (registered to Paul S Brandes) on Dec 21, 2018 for $7,000,000.
Built in 1910, the landmark is known as the Maher building.
