Ron Brien, Managing Member of Alliance Commercial Property LLC announced the creation of a residential brokerage division, Alliance Properties, that will assist people looking to buy or sell a single-family home, condominium or cooperative. Robert Pulitano, a leading Greenwich residential agent, will head the firm’s new venture.
Rob has been a residential salesperson in Greenwich since 2005. Most recently, he was a sales agent for Berkshire Hathaway. Previously, Rob worked for his father, Pat Pulitano, who has been a leading Greenwich architect for decades. Rob holds a B.S. of Architecture from New York Institute of Technology.
“Rob’s clients will benefit tremendously from his rare combination of architectural and real estate skills. I could not have found a more-perfect person to lead the new venture,” Mr. Brien said, adding that Mr. Pulitano’s knowledge of construction and local building codes allows him to provide insight into properties which could help clients to make more informed decisions.
Some of Rob’s most notable transactions include the sale of a newly constructed home on the Long Island Sound in Belle Haven. The six and one-half million dollar home features 150’ of direct water frontage, and a deep-water dock. Rob sold one of Greenwich’s hidden gems, a historic school house that lies along a river bank with a dramatic waterfall which creates a most inspiring setting.
