Robert Isaac Driesen, passed away June 5, 2023, on his 88th birthday. He was born June 5, 1935, to Irving and Doris Driesen.
Robert proudly served his country in the US Army. He received a bachelor’s degree from Williams College where he remained “class agent” for the past 40 years.
Robert went on to have a longtime career as a textile exporter. He was an avid sailor who enjoyed taking trips with his devoted wife, Iris.
Robert was a two-time President of Temple Shalom in Greenwich.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Brett Driesen and his brother Rabbi George Driesen (Susan).
A burial was held at Temple Shalom Cemetery.
