Eugenio Scarpelli, 74

Eugenio Scarpelli, of Livingston Manor, NY formerly of Greenwich, passed away with his family by his side on Monday March 4. He was 74.

Born in Rose Cosenza, Italy September 11, 1949 to Gennaro and Annunziata Scarpelli.

Eugenio owned and operated his electrical contracting business, G&S Electric in Greenwich for many years before retiring and moving to Livingston Manor, NY. There he enjoyed his passions of being outdoors, hunting, and training dogs.

Eugenio also loved music; writing and singing his original songs. He is survived by his beloved wife, Jolly; his loving children Gennaro (Sabrina) and Carmela Gangi (Vincent); his cherished grandchildren Jeremy, Jayden, and Sophia; and his best buddy, Rico, his beloved Beagle.

He is also survived by his dear sisters Rosaria Pirri, and Anna Gallo (Ennio); as well as many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother in law Eugenio Pirri.

To honor his life, family and friends will gather Friday from 4:00pm – 8:00pm at Coxe & Graziano Funeral Home, 134 Hamilton Ave. Greenwich (203) 869-5968. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday 10am at St. Roch Church, Greenwich. Entombment to follow at St Mary’s Cemetery, Greenwich.
