Greenwich Man Charged with Threatening after Incident at Byram Dock

On Tuesday a Greenwich man turned himself in at Greenwich Police station on an outstanding arrest warrant for Threatening 2nd degree for an incident that took place on the evening of May 21 at the Byram boat docks.

Police say that while kayaking within the marina on that night, David Efram Stone, 48, of Greenwich, approached the back of a person’s boat and verbally threatened to shoot the person who was at the time accompanied by his minor daughter.

Mr. Stone was processed and released on $100 bond. He has a date in Stamford Suprioer Court on July 5, 2022.
