On Wednesday, January 13, 20215:30 – 6:45 pm, the League of Women Voters will present “Our Common Purpose – Reinventing American Democracy for the 21st Century.”
This will be a virtual presentation and discussion of the finding of the Commission on the Practice of Democratic Citizenship of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.
Audience questions will be submitted and answered via Zoom, following the presentation.
The public and press are invited to attend.
Speakers are Stephen B. Heintz, CEO and Chairman of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and Co-Chair of the Commission, and Dr. Norman Ornstein, Resident Scholar of the American Enterprise Institute.
