It’s that time of year again.
Starting July 1, 2024, residents are required to use the new Holly Hill Resource Recovery Facility entrance permit.
You can pre-order/purchase your permit for the new permit year (July 2024 – June 2025) online today.
To purchase your permit, go to the public works permits page https://www.greenwichct.gov/191/Holly-Hill-Permit
The pre-ordered pass will be mailed at the end of June 2024.
All vehicles, both commercial and residential, must display a disposal permit to enter the Holly Hill Facility.
One hanging tag per household regardless of the number of cars.
Register with a valid Greenwich address.
Permits will not be issued or sold at Holly Hill.
Hanging permits must be displayed at all times while in the facility.
