Next time you find yourself in Cos Cob hungry for a slice of pizza, be sure to stop into Fiorentino’s Little Luigis. Ralph Fiorentino, new owner and manager, has revamped the menu to include delicious pizzas and homestyle Italian dishes.
The most popular pizzas are white, chicken parmesan, Sicilian style, and, of course, classic cheese.
Fiorentino’s Little Luigi’s is the kind of place that does classics well. The cheese pizza, fresh from the oven, was perfectly crispy and tasted just like a famous “New York slice.” It can be difficult to find pizza that strikes a flavorful balance without being too greasy, and at Little Luigi’s you will not be disappointed. Gluten Free and Whole Wheat options are also available.
After you finish your meal, be sure to ask for a “rainbow Italian Ice” to cool you down. A perfect patriotic treat for Fourth of July weekend!
