Judy Waldeyer, better known as “The Market Master” has announced that in ten days, the Farmers’ Market at the Arch Street/Horseneck Lane Commuter Lot will open at 9:30am.
On Saturday, May 17th the market will officially open with the “ringing of the bell,” and remain open until 1:00pm.
Per Connecticut State Law, pets are not allowed with in the market area. Holding your pet, or putting it in your purse is not allowed.
Waldeyer said that this year there are 18 vendors, although not all will be in attendance until the growing season progresses.
