To honor their native traditions, award-winning restaurateurs K Dong and Chef Steven Chen will celebrate at their newest restaurant MŌLÌ with the launch of a new dim sum brunch menu and a live Lion Dance performance on Sunday, February 11 at 1:00 pm.

The team partnered with Fashion Designer and Philanthropist, Andy Yu to elevate the celebration and infuse a whimsical dish to the new Sunday brunch menu.

MOLI’s dim sum brunch menu will feature traditional Lunar New Year dishes and include Yu’s artisan dumplings that were recently featured on Matha Stewart’s cooking show, Martha Cooks. During the Martha Cooks episode that aired in December, Yu, known for his exquisite creations and artistic expression, showcased his culinary prowess by presenting his exquisite flower dumplings.

Yu aspires to utilize the power of food, art, and culture as a means to connect and unite different societies. In addition to food and fashion, Yu is known for his philanthropy.

A father of two based in Westchester County, Yu and his husband Dr. Evan Goldstein have dined at MŌLÌ with Clive Davis and Martha Stewart.

“Our goal is to celebrate our culture and share it with others in the community,” Dong said in a release.

“Andy is talented and has great ideas, it’s been a real pleasure working with him to bring the celebration to life in town,” Dong added. “Our team is excited to present new food and drink specials at the restaurant in celebrating the Year of the Dragon. I hope the community enjoys our Lion Dance and we encourage people to visit the restaurant to take part in the festivities.”

Dong has previously partnered with many organizations through his other restaurants Hinoki and Miku including Rowayton Seafood, Tony’s at the J House, and The Village.
