As we enter the final weeks of the election season, I, like most of you, begin to pay particular attention to local, state and national candidates. It is truly a time to evaluate who you want representing your views in Hartford and in Washington DC. Being a lifelong resident of this wonderful town, I can assure you that our State Senator, Ryan Fazio, is the type of individual we need in Hartford. Ryan is a good listener, intelligent, and makes decisions that are good for Greenwich and the State of Connecticut.
Ryan understands that 8-30(g) does not work as a one-size-fits-all type of legislation. Instead, he values the importance of neighborhoods and continues to support the goal of creating more affordable housing through thoughtful local planning and development. If you support local control, Ryan is your ideal candidate.
Ryan appreciates that less government is better government. With inflation crippling the discretionary income of many and a recession is knocking on our doors, Ryan will be a leading voice in Hartford to control the cost of governmental spending. Changing the direction of how Hartford operates and trying to break our legislature’s addiction to spending are priorities of Ryan that I fully support. Whether you are a Byram Vet, a member of OGRCC, belong to the Round Hill Community Church, or find your home with any other group in Town, I hope you join me in voting for Ryan Fazio on November 8.
