Stephen Meskers has earned your vote for a second term as State Representative. He brings Greenwich’s perspective to the State issues, serving with intelligence and commitment. His input is sought by the Governor as well as the Legislature’s leadership, giving him the opportunity to help form policy that includes our local outlook. He applies his judgment on bills before the House rather than just following the majority caucus’s position; this is evident in his voting record which includes his vote against the 2019 State budget.
Stephen Meskers brings a proactive and engaging manner to this job that he so obviously loves.
Nowhere is his dedication more evident than in the assistance he provides residents. He has worked with many of our neighbors to help connect them with the resources they need. He is the empathetic voice we need in these difficult times.
This past spring, he took the initiative to provide Board of Education and BET members with specific information on available COVID-19 grants, which proved helpful for necessary local planning.
This is only one example of the efforts Steve takes to improve Greenwich’s ability to access State resources. Greenwich needs his voice in Hartford. Please support Stephen Meskers for State Representative.
