Although I no longer have children in school I remember very well the joy of snow days. I still love to see the kids sledding on nearby hills and building snowmen. And then the hot cocoa….
Kudos to the Greenwich Public Schools Superintendent for giving the gift of a snow day to students and teachers alike.
We all know how difficult this year of COVID 2020 has been. Gratitude to the Town of Greenwich employees clearing the roads to those sledding hills. Thank you too to our First Selectman for keeping residents advised of the snowstorm.
The gift of joy is one truly appreciated at anytime but especially during the season of the Holidays.
