LETTER: Spring Means Reopening of The Griff Golf Course and The Cobber North Restaurant

Submitted by Irene Dietrich and Linda Moshier

No matter how long the winter, spring is sure to follow.  There has never really been a time when the rebirth of spring is more needed to aid us as we refocus and reset our lives. With much anticipation, we look forward to the reopening of our fabulous town golf course and the amazing  restaurant that is part of the whole package.  Great news is that The Cobber North Restaurant, located at the Griff, is also open beginning now (very soon.)

So, not only can we enjoy the beautiful landscape surrounding the course with good to great golfers at play, we can also combine it with a wide variety of musicians playing all kinds of music. No specific day or night, just lots of sounds supplying easy listening, lots of songs to sway too, hum too or even to sing along.  Best of all, if the mood strikes you, dancing is more than allowed, in fact, it is even applauded.

And the food, the food is nothing short of spectacular which provides a delicious array of various foods from brunch until dinner or late evening snacks.  The combination is over-the-top – fabulous food, a variety of music and wonderful get to know patrons makes it the oasis of choice.

And of course, we all need to congratulate Caren Vizzo St. Phillips, the proprietor, who extended her successful experience found at the Cos Cobber to the place we have also been lucky enough to enjoy – The Cobber North out on King Street.  And we certainly hope we will see you there helping us to enjoy the reopening of our favorite place!

P.S. The staff is amazing too!
