Greenwich Republicans: CMS Funding Passes in BET – A Job Well Done

Submitted by Greenwich Republicans

The Greenwich community has much to celebrate as the funding of the Central Middle School project has been approved by the BET. Thank you to BET Republicans for their diligent efforts in ensuring the success of one of the most significant projects in our town, the largest school project in the history of Greenwich and Connecticut.

The BET Republicans have demonstrated their unwavering commitment to the betterment of our community by meticulously evaluating and scrutinizing this project. Their thoughtful and thorough approach ensures that the new Central Middle School building will be constructed with precision, care and in accordance with the highest standards.

We firmly believe that this due process is a testament to their dedication and thorough due diligence. The need for a new school is evident, and our community has long awaited this critical development. BET Republicans have taken a proactive stance, working diligently to ensure there are no unnecessary delays and that the project proceeds smoothly.

Furthermore, we appreciate the extra efforts that will be put in place to guarantee the safety of our children during the major construction activities near Central Middle School. Their safety remains a top priority, and we trust that every precaution will be taken to ensure that the students and the current CMS building will be secure throughout the construction
process.

We look forward to the successful execution of the new CMS project and the positive impact it will have on our community.

Respectfully submitted,
Beth MacGillivray
