Weekly Riding, Horsemanship and Fun. The summer equestrian experience your children will never forget.
The program is designed for those at the introductory level. For age 6 and up. Sessions held Rain or Shine.
Mead Farm is one of the oldest horse riding establishments in Stamford with a history dating back to 1928.
Mead Farm’s “Summer Horsemanship Riding Program” is designed for those who have never ridden to those who are looking to strengthen and advance their skills both on horseback and on the ground.
Summer Program features:
Horsemanship Daily English Horseback Riding Lessons, Safety Procedures and Body Language, Tacking & Untacking/Parts of Tack, and Colors/Markings/Anatomy.
Horse Care Grooming, Basic First Aid, Hoof Care, Techniques in Bandaging.
Stable Management Stall management, caring for your tack, proper diet.
Summer brochure and registration.
8:30 am – 1:00 pm | $1,375 per week
