Greenwich Selectman Drew Marzullo is organizing a brief non-partisan LGBT flag raising at Greenwich Town Hall Monday night at 6:15pm. The event will include LBGT flag raising and remembrance. Members of the state delegation and RTM are expected to attend and clergy from First Congregational Church will lead and then go to Old Greenwich for a vigil at First Presbyterian Church on Sound Beach Ave.
The event is open to all. “This is about us as a community getting together in remembrance of 50 Americans killed in the worst terrorist attack in US history,” Marzullo said.
