Greenwich Pen Women is thrilled to bring its popular Open Mic Night back to Greenwich Library on Monday, May 15 from 7:00-9:00pm in the Marx Family Black Box Theater.

Open Mic Night gives the surrounding community of writers and creatives an opportunity to read their original work aloud, meet fellow writers, and raise their profiles.

Anyone (women and men) who wants to read their work aloud may sign up for five-minute timed slots—enough time for writers to read 500-700 words of fiction, memoir, poetry, essays, scenes, lyrics, blogs or other work.

Artists and composers can use five minutes to share inspiration and meaning of a painting, photo or musical piece. Registration is required.
